Sunglasses season has come early! With sunny blue skies prematurely taking over in March I’ve found myself already searching for a new pair of sunnies and have been loving the retro sweeping Cat’s eyes!
Glamorised in the 1950’s by the likes of Marilyn Monroe and
Audrey Hepburn, the seductive up-sweep has been re-worked allowing sunglasses
to take a step away from the classic Wayfarer and Aviators styles that usually
dominate the summer scene. From dramatic statement flicks to the squarer and
boxier styles, I think the cat’s eyes trend will suit a range of face shapes and
tastes and inject some retro glam into any outfit.
